Just recently moved to this community and the entire process has been not only a breeze but also much easier compared to other times I’ve moved. I was helped by a leasing agent named Joi and she was such a pleasure to work with. Not only her, but the other office ladies have been nothing but nice, accommodating and quick to answer any question or concern I might have had. So big shout out to those ladies for doing an amazing job!!!

Where are the assigned parking spots? I seen a review about it and seen that y’all said there are some because a car I was using got towed in front of my home and there are very few visitors parking in the area and the cars that are in visitors parking never move because they don’t work I assume. I’m trying to avoid paying a lot to get the car out of the tow yard but overall it’s a nice place to live for me.

Yes, it’s true. i have been living here for 4 months and it has been a nightmare. I will be breaking my lease. The unit next to me is molded and I can smell it in my unit. This has been brought to the their attention multiple times. They have the huge cockroaches and maintenance is horrible. The office staff doesn’t communicate with you properly to resolve issues. My a/c has leaked in the living room twice. The second time it took them over a week to fix. My ceiling looks like it’s coming down from the leak and there are now water bubbles going down the side of the wall. The whole complex needs to be burned to the ground and start over
